Williams House

We bought a run-down 1970s house in Hillcrest in 2012.
We bought a property that hadn’t been touched for 22 years and we felt had huge potential. We had a clear view of what we wanted, but our biggest challenge was finding a builder that could turn that dream into reality.
Your dream was to rebuild the whole front and interior of our house, including major service areas, such as the entrance, laundry, kitchen, lounge and dining area.
There were some major considerations to take into account. For starters, we had an 18 month old son, and we were going to live in the house during this renovation.
After meeting with several builders that had been recommended, we chose Chris Hope from Hope Construction Ltd. The reason we chose Chris was because he was the most logical, sensible and trust worthy. In addition, we felt his pricing was by far the most reasonable for the job.
We had Chris and his team on site for nearly two months. During this time, they made us feel very comfortable and were extremely conscious of our young family; making sure our house was secure at all times.
Chris’ communication skills were great and the contractors that he used were of an extremely high quality. To be honest, during the entire building process it felt like we were family. The builders loved our little boy and were super cautious of him and the amount of respect that they showed us as clients was fully appreciated.
Our build was completed on budget and ahead of time.
Chris’ attention to final detail, expertise, as well as his continued management to obtain final consent sign off has been exceptional.
We would highly recommend Chris Hope and the team at Hope Construction Ltd.
